Access to the Platform
The Platform is intended for general informational purposes only. All contents in the Platform should not be relied upon as legal or other professional advice or used as a substitute for legal or other professional advice on the particular facts and circumstances at issue. NeuXP makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability or its contents on the Platform for any purpose. NeuXP accepts no responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on information contained on the Platform and hereby expressly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any and all liability for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform or its contents.
Scope of Service
Xplore by NeuXP provides an online platform where you can browse different types of attraction park entrance tickets, experiences and tours, or other services (“Services”). Users are provided access to make bookings of services provided by Vendors on the Platform. By placing an order through the Platform, you will be able to book and/or purchase the event entrance tickets, tourist attraction entrance tickets, experiences and tours, or other services. All orders are presented in the form of a QR code and/or ticket in the Platform in which the user will be required to scan and/ or to download and print a physical copy of the ticket. There will not be any booking confirmation sent through e-mail. The vendor reserves the right to refuse any form of booking in the event the QR code and/or ticket was not presented at the point of entrance.
All pricing and information provided by our vendors are deemed accurate during all times, and NeuXP does not verify, or guarantee, that all information provided by Vendors that is available on the Platform is up-to-date or accurate based on the latest available. We are not held liable for any form of misleading or inaccurate information presented by the Vendors.
There may be inaccurate information displayed on the Vendors website due to sudden changes in market conditions or other circumstances within a short time. Please check all details on the Vendors website prior to purchasing your tickets.
NeuXP has the right to refuse any form of bookings or perform a cancellation at our sole discretion for any cause without giving reasons for the rejection/refusal/cancellation.
The reasons for the cancellation or rejection may be due to the below:
Trade or economic sanctions, embargo, prohibitions in regulations, fraud or theft (or indication or suspicion of fraud or theft)
Suspicion of criminal activity or suspicious ordering
Services not available or no longer made available by the Vendor
User providing inaccurate, erroneous or misleading information
Issues with credit card electronic communications, information or transactions
Refusal of user to provide information, displaying inappropriate behavior, threats, insults, refusal to provide information, practical impediments, communication difficulties or breakdowns, history of breaches of these Terms
Placed on any “blacklists” or “watchlists” by government or international organization
NeuXP reserves the right to delete or remove the account of any user of the Platform temporarily or permanently at any time. Removed users shall not attempt to use the Platform using other names or through other users. If found, NeuXP can terminate the user's account at any time immediately.
All payments related to the booking or reservation of the Services is made directly to NeuXP through its payment channels. All payments will be the property of NeuXP and the amount will be paid to the relevant Vendor when the services are provided or at any other applicable time required by the relevant Vendor. NeuXP shall not be responsible for the validity of the reservation if the payment is not being made directly to NeuXP through its payment channels.
Cancellation and Refunds (applicable to Xplore by NeuXP)
Refunds involving credit card chargeback, and subject to any applicable rights you may have at law, NeuXP may have the right to withhold or take part of the amount paid to reimburse the reasonable costs that have been incurred in connection with the cancellation.
Any cancellations made are to be done within the specific time frame provided, in order for the user to receive a full refund in the form of credits or vouchers. NeuXP has the right not to proceed with any form of refunds for transactions that are canceled after the deadline provided.
NeuXP does not guarantee that the Services will always be available or uninterrupted. NeuXP shall not be held liable in the event that any of the Services are unavailable at any time or for any period. You are required to make all arrangements necessary for you to have complete access to the Services booked.

You hereby agree that NeuXP is not responsible or liable for any losses or damages incurred as the result of any dealings. If there is a dispute arising between participants on this site, or between users and any third party vendors, you hereby understand and agree that NeuXP is under no obligation to become involved in any form of dispute.
In the event of a dispute with one or more other users or third parties, you hereby release NeuXP, its holding companies, subsidiaries, directors, and employees from any form of claims, demands, and damages of every kind arising in any way related to such disputes.
Upon termination of your account, your access to the Platform will immediately cease and you will lose access to all Services and benefits where applicable.
Closure or deletion of account
If you're encountering any issue on the NeuXP platform, you may refer to our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the event you wish to close or delete your account you may do so through the platform at any time by following the steps below:
Tap on the Settings button on the top right of the main page
Scroll down to Actions and tap Close Account
After taking the steps to close/ delete your account, it will first be deactivated within 2 business days. You will receive a notification from us once your request is successful and you will no longer have access to your account.
After an additional 30 days, your account will be permanently deleted. This means that your account, account settings and other data in our main user database will be deleted.
